Agreement

By downloading or using SpeedLoop, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

SpeedLoop lets you create segments, record trips, race your own history, replay runs, and optionally share images or clips.

Features may differ between Free and SpeedLoop Pro. Pro is sold as an auto-renewable App Store subscription (or other offers Apple displays).

Your responsibilities

Use SpeedLoop only where it is legal and safe. Do not interact with the phone in ways that distract you while driving or flying; follow local laws and Apple CarPlay / aviation guidance.

You are responsible for permissions you grant and for any content you export or share.

Do not reverse engineer, abuse network endpoints you configure (for example custom OSRM), or use the app to infringe others’ rights.

Subscriptions and purchases

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under App Store terms. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Prices and free trials (if any) are shown in the App Store / purchase sheet before you confirm.

Third-party services

Optional features may call Apple Maps, Mapbox, or a custom OSRM URL you enter. Their terms and availability are outside our control.

We are not responsible for outages or results from third-party map or matching providers.

Disclaimer

SpeedLoop is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted accuracy of GPS, matching, or navigation suggestions. Always use official navigation and common sense for safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost data or trip outcomes.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
